    POSTPONED

We love learning, but we love being healthy more.

With the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Degreed has decided to postpone Focus Minneapolis event until May 6, 2021. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes but feel strongly that we do not contribute by bringing a large group of people together at this sensitive time.

Meanwhile, we are very excited to announce our global virtual conference, LENS Lite, which will be taking place on Wednesday, September 30th at 9 am EDT. Check out our LENS Lite site for more information. We hope to see you then.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Be well,

    Team Degreed

Skills As the Future Currency of Work

As jobs change faster and faster and companies work to prepare their employees for the future, it's more important than ever to assess the organization's talent and understand skills they need to compete. Yet many professionals could not tell you what skills they have within their organizations. This is a missed opportunity---skills have the potential to become the universal currency for the value and capability of the workforce. Join the speaker, founder and executive chairman of Degreed, as he talks about how companies can learn to speak the language of skills and empower employees to be ready for today and tomorrow.

Met great people filled with positive energy & ideas being part of an awesome team Thunder Struck.  Amazing how you can bring people who you’ve never met together generating great ideas & a positive vibe."

    - Jay Liwanag, CNA Corporation

"You know it's a good ideation session when your hand is covered in post-its. Great way to spend a morning with other talent development professionals in the DC area, working together to solve complex business problems."
