With the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Degreed has decided to postpone Focus Toronto. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes but feel strongly that we do not contribute by bringing a large group of people together at this sensitive time.
We do plan to reschedule the live event at a future date and will communicate those details when we have them.

Leadership Priorities 2020: Building Skills of the Workforce
According to the Brandon Hall Group, only 9% of the organizations provide clear career paths for their employees. At the same time, employees have anytime access to content and learning experiences without the confines of their training teams. But if learning is happening outside the purview of L&D, how can we support employee development accurately without knowing what skills are present, or not? This is a challenge that combined with the demands of projects and business priorities can be a large task for the L&D function.
With a greater need for collaboration across the business, especially HR, Talent, and L&D, this session will look at how a skills-focused learning approach will ensure organizations remain competitive this year, and into the future.
