WELCOME RECEPTION

Location: Otium & The Broad
The welcome reception will be held at contemporary restaurant, Otium, with after hours access of The Broad museum. Starting at 5:00 pm, shuttles will provide transportation from the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown to the reception, allowing guests to roam the Broad museum, featuring one of the world’s leading collections of postwar and contemporary art, including works by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Roy Lichtenstein, Kara Walker, Andy Warhol, and many others. Whether you’re a fan of contemporary art or not, there will be plenty of activities for everyone, including live music, cocktails, whiskey tastings, and more! Dinner will be provided by Otium, featuring seasonal dishes in a beautiful outdoor space. Shuttles returning to the hotel will begin at 8:30 pm, but the festivities don’t have to stop then! Guests are welcome to continue enjoying food, drinks, and entertainment into the night.

Start your morning with some endorphins, deep breaths, and the best views in Los Angeles! This optional movement workshop is low impact but high intensity, focusing on cardio and strength training. It’s open to everyone! LIT Method is a Low impact, High-intensity workout.

Our evening celebration will take place in the InterContinental hotel at Spire73, the tallest open-air bar in the Western Hemisphere. With some of the best views of L.A., you can connect with industry peers, grab a drink, eat dinner, and enjoy a “night at the casino.” Expect wine tastings, casino-style games, and live entertainment to help you wind down and enjoy after a full day of learning.

You’ve been working hard, join us to relax and get your blood flowing with some morning yoga. Certified instructors from Love Yoga will help you tune out the stresses of life while getting your daily workout in. This session will help you get loosened up and ready for a full day of learning.
RED CARPET CELEBRATION

Location: The GRAMMY Museum
Help us close out our best LENS event yet with a night of old school Hollywood glitz and glam at the Grammy Museum! Transportation will be provided to and from the museum, less than a five-minute drive from the InterContinental Hotel. Enjoy live music, dinner, drinks, and photo booths, among the museum’s many interactive attractions. Explore the Grammy recording booths, touch-screens, videos, and collection of historical music artifacts, including costumes and instruments from the Grammy Awards, hand-written lyrics, and records.
