Will I be receiving a ticket?
You do not need a ticket when checking in but the confirmation email serves as proof of registration. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please contact lens@degreed.com.
Check In Process?
Registration is located on the 4th floor of the JW Marriott. You will receive your name badge after providing your name. Please make sure to wear your name badge throughout the event.

Thursday, October 10 from 8am to 12pm
How do I get to the venue?
JW Marriott Address: 110 East 2nd Street, Austin, Texas 78701 (2nd and 4th floors)
Is there a hotel room block?
Unfortunately, our hotel room blocks have expired.
What if I have to cancel?
Please contact our events team at lens@degreed.com and we can accommodate accordingly. Note that the refund policy ended on September 20th, and all purchases are now non-refundable.
What is the dress code?
Business casual. We know you love them (we love them too) but please leave your flip flops and cut-offs in your hotel room. Cowboy hats welcome. Please wear your badge at all times during the conference and at dinner on October 9th.
How many people are expected to attend LENS and who is on the guest list?
We expect approximately 350 people, mostly executive level from the learning, talent development and HR spaces. Connect with your peers through the mobile app!
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, it's available for iPhone and Android. Search the App Store or Google Play for “Degreed Events.” View the agenda, leave feedback, network with others!

Social media?
We highly encourage you to be part of the LENS conversation before, during and after the event! Let us know your takeaways, thoughts, and opinions by using the #degreedLENS hashtag and following @degreed on Twitter and Instagram. We will also have photo booths to create #degreedLENS memories.
What should I bring?
We will have the tools onsite you need throughout the event, but feel free to bring business cards, laptops, chargers, and mobile devices. There will be pens and journals on-site for taking notes. We will also have a dedicated area should you need to charge your devices.
Where should I keep my coat/handbag/luggage?
Luggage may be stored with the JW concierge.
Note: Degreed nor the venue are responsible for any misplaced or stolen items.
Where are restrooms located?
There are restrooms on each floor of the hotel. The map in the mobile app highlights exactly where the restrooms are located.
Is there a mother's room?
Yes, the mother's room is located in Room 406. Please reserve the room using our scheduler.
What meals will be provided?
For the October 9th, breakfast and lunch will be provided. Snacks will be available during the breaks. Dinner is provided per the assigned meetup groups.
For October 10th, breakfast and lunch will be provided. Snacks will be available during the breaks. Closing event will include food, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages.
We will have food options throughout the two days to accommodate those with dietary restrictions. Please contact the Events team at lens@degreed.com if you have any concerns.
Will the sessions be recorded?
General Sessions will be recorded and shared after the event.
Will the sessions be live-streamed?
Unfortunately, the event will not be live-streamed.
Where will the content be shared?
Enroll in the LENS Pathway where all the content from the recordings, to slide decks, to any corresponding articles, videos, books etc. will be stored. We will share the link to attendees following the event.
Is there a Demo Area?
Yes! The demo area is located in the Cactus Lounge. Schedule an appointment through our mobile app under the Appointments tab.
