Focus London
Successful Learning Transformation: Skills, Technology, and A People-Driven Strategy
Many learning leaders are looking to transform their approach to developing talent and upskilling the workforce. Technology and disruption has teams wondering how to keep up and where to focus next. We think the best place to start is by investing in meaningful skill development.
Join us for Degreed Focus where we will explore how forward-thinking organizations like Unilever, WorldFirst, and Anglo American are addressing key skill gaps tying learning to business initiatives and purpose.
The day will start with the former CLO of LinkedIn and Yahoo, Kelly Palmer. She will share ideas from her new book, The Expertise Economy, on successfully increasing employee engagement through learning.
Then 3 of the brightest minds in transformation and innovation will take the stage:
Nicola Braden, Unilever’s Learning Innovation and Standards Director; Anjna Rughani, World First’s Global Head of Talent Development; and Jennifer Rogers, Anglo American’s Head of Learning.
A Q&A with these forward-thinking leaders will walk through the learning experiences at their various organizations and industries, and will dive into how they are putting people in control with meaningful learning tied to career progression.
Attendees of Focus will enjoy:
