  • When will applicants be notified? All applicants will be notified of their status in December 2025

  • Max: 2 speakers per session.

  • Can I submit more than one application? Yes! You’re welcome to submit multiple applications with different session ideas.

  • If you’re accepted as a speaker and have already purchased a pass, you’ll be refunded and will need to re-register using a speaker code. We still recommend purchasing a pass early if you're planning to attend — space is limited!

• Session types and formats - All sessions will be 30 minutes.
